Over a good looking fixture and quality product

We purchased two of these fixtures for our kitchen renovation. When the fixtures were installed there was a defect in one of the blown glass globes that would not be visually acceptable. We contacted customer service and was quickly assisted to have a new globe shipped to us immediately. We were very pleased with the speed at which a resolution was achieved to keep us pleased. We also had questions related to the means at which the globes were suspended by the metal ring. There are three screwed pins that penetrate through the ring that make metal-to-glass contact to suspend the globes in place. Our electrician was skeptical on this design with his concern being the possible breakage with this contact. We called customer service who reached out to their engineering division who said it was designed with metal-to-glass contact without issue. I chose to find purchase and install small rubber grommets for each of the three holes so there was metal-to-rubber contact. Anyone who considers purchasing this fixture may want to consider using rubber grommets as we did.
