Maxim Lighting was founded in 1970 when aeronautical engineering student Jacob Sperling began to design and build his own light fixtures, which he first sold out of the back of a station wagon! The company has grown exponentially since and today it features a wide variety of lighting that spans different styles and is suitable for any space.
