Remote never works and fan is insanely loud

Had this fan for over a year. The remote needs to be re-paired almost every time we want to use it and rarely works. Fan is also insanely loud. This price is insane for that. Do not recommend.

We love the fan except for the clicking noise. I just wrote to customer care to see what can be done. Fan is great for our family room and produces a lot of air flow.

We installed two of these fans in our outdoor patio. They look great and work well. Love the remote controls. We have received many compliments on these fans - the are very attractive modern looking without being too modern the wood blades and that they look more expensive than they really are.
