The 52" low profile Hunter fan I installed in my bed room shortly after I bought my house in 1989 was not as quiet as it used to be and our style changed so we decided to replace it with a new model. The new Low Profile III was easier to install than the old one, has five blades that move more air than the old four blade model, and is even quieter than the old one ever was. A great purchase at a great price.

I purchased 3 Hunter 52" Low Profile Ceiling Fans at a terrific price. Received them within time stated. My contractor opened them up and 2 of the 3 had bent shafts coming from the motor. I'm not sure how they were damaged but I contacted Customer Service who were very professional and helpful and told me there would be no problem in returning them. And guess what? I had no problem returning them as Customer Service provided me with return shipping labels. I ended up buying 2 new Hunter fans (at original sales prices) and returned the defective units and within 1 week I received a full refund for the two unit I returned. Fabulous!!
