Bought 2 of these fans through Home Depot. Installed in early June 2025 - 1 worked and 1 didn't. Called Hinkley CS and they sent another receiver. That newreceiver didn't work so they sent a whole new fan. BUT they sent the WRONG fan. So now we wait for the correct fan to be delivered. It is now July 29 and I have company arriving on Aug 2 and only have 1 working fan STILL.

Great design but noisy motor

Loved the look and features but the motor developed a light inconsistent knocking noise soon after installation. It wasn't loud but irritating in our bedroom. Disassembled and reassembled with no luck. Customer service was decent and sent a replacement but it has the same issue. Disappointing for a bedroom fan - will be looking elsewhere.

Purchased 3 of these fans. Loved the sleek simplicity of them and it took me 4 1/2yrs to find the fans I love! After installing them 1 had a clicking noise did all the trouble shooting called customer service and they asked us to send a video. Had a new fan in less than a week. All fans work great and no noise. We definitely recommend this company for a great product and excellent customer service.

The fan and light are perfect and the esthetics work well with my room. The reason for 3 stars is that there's a beeping noise each time you turn the fan or light on/off. When I called the company they told me that there's no way to turn off the beep - I wouldn't buy it again because of this.

Installed 3 throughout the house. Easy install. Fans are well balanced and quiet. Blades are quality composite. My only complaint is the paint finish on the motor housing is a bit too fragile and the top plastic trim piece is poor fitting and makes the housing look cheap. One of the fans has a few minor scratches despite an uneventful install on account of the fragile that paint finish. For the money I would expect better like I got with my Minke Aire.
